Shipping

Most orders ship within 24 hours, five days a week.  Large orders, holidays and custom orders can delay shipment 1-5days.

Once the product is shipped it is the responsibility of the mail carrier to deliver your bundle in a timely matter, keep in mind that USPS mail delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Lost Packages

U.S.P.S. does not consider a domestic packages lost until 15 business days have past. All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded.

Returns

Sometimes things just don't turn out how we expected, We will do our best to make thing correct.

Please contact us within 15 days for more information on how to return your order. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee.

PDF files can not be refunded.
