Shipping

Most orders ship within 24 hours, five days a week. Large orders, holidays and custom orders can delay shipment 1-5days.

Lost Packages

U.S.P.S. does not consider a domestic packages lost until 15 business days have past. All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" cannot be refunded.

I am not able to print. This is my second purchase as I tried to reprint my first purchase and was not able to. I purchased another copy and am cut off after too many tries. Any suggestions?
