✂️ Shipping

  • Most orders ship within 24 hours (Monday–Friday).
  • Large orders, holidays, or custom items may take an additional 1–5 business days to process.
  • Once a package has been handed to the carrier, delivery time is the responsibility of USPS (or the chosen carrier). Please note: published delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

📦 Lost or Missing Packages

  • USPS does not consider a domestic package “lost” until 15 business days have passed.
  • Packages marked as “Delivered” or “Attempted Delivery” by USPS cannot be refunded.
  • If your package seems to be missing, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us. We’ll gladly do our best to help you track it down.

💔 Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the packaging and the item.
  • We’ll work with you to arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • If something isn’t quite what you expected, please reach out within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was ours.
  • Exchanges may be possible depending on product availability — contact us to discuss options.

💻 Digital Products (PDFs)

  • Due to the nature of instant downloads, PDF patterns are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Please double-check your cart before purchase.
